ARROYO GRANDE,CALIFORNIA - October 31, 2007 - CFC - Images of Emily Santa Cruz with her mom, Molly in the backyard of their Arroyo Grande, California home. Emily was born with CFC - Cardio-facio-cutaneous Syndrome. Like many children with CFC Emily's moods can change very quickly. A pleasant swing in the backyard turned sour for a moment as Emily lashed out.
