Andrew McCarthy, who is a patient resident at Kensington Hospice in Toronto gets a visit from his nieces and nephew on Feb. 12, 2012. Visiting on Sunday are Andrew's wife, Marianne Kupina's twin sister, Annie Molinari and her husband, Stewart Molinari, and their children, Nicole, 13, Matthew, 12, Jennifer, 7, and Christina, 5.
